Very hard to return. You can’t get anyone through the phone. When I did I finally got a return code sent them back. Got confirmation that the received them still did not get my money back again after weeks of trying still not able to get refund. I finally call my credit card and opened a dispute of the charges. Bank credited my account still have not heard anything from Nano.

I would suggest only buying this item if you are 100% sure you will not need to return. My husband had me order these for him and he did not like the way they sounded. He was finally given a return authorization. They were quick to let us know that they received our return. After that I have been back and forth with them to get a refund I've emailed several different times with no results I have started calling them and it's always saying that their agents are busy. I have returned my item a month and a half ago and still do not have a refund. If you don't need to order from this company I would not

The sound is very good and clean. I can hear the radio through the car noise clearly and conversations are easy.

Sound Quality , is at best ok , Back ground noise cancelation is poor, and it took many try's to get a return authorization number, was to refund with in 12 to 15 days, its now been 7 weeks all I get is the run around. now they have my hearing aids and my money , STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, Update still nothing on my refund. This company steals from there customers

I was excited to receive my Nano hearing aids so quickly, and even more excited at how easy it was to get started using them. It only took a few tries to get used to the mode and volume settings. These features, along with Bluetooth capabilities, far surpass a previous experience with another, more costly brand.
