There was a problem connecting to Bluetooth. Contacted Nano and they responded. I did a lot of research on OTC hearing aids for my husband. These hearing aids were the only ones that said mild to severe hearing loss. He has paid thousands of dollars for hearing aids and they did not work as well as these do. Service is great and highly recommend.

I redeemed a set of hearing aids 2 months ago and purchased the elite protection but returned the item and had replaced but my protection wasn’t transferred over to the new item that was replaced.

I hear better with them, not perfect, but better. Your service is great, and products get here in a timely manner. I am happy with them.

As far as what’s your Co doing well it’s in the professional services you offer and the feeling that your back will always be covered.

He has not woren them that much. Think this is what they call a (a man thing). They are for my husband. First of all he was complains he can’t hear, I think it is selective hearing. Hears when he wants too. When he seen them on TV he asked me to order them. It’s like it’s too much to clean them & they don’t go into the ear automatically. I may sound insensitive but I try to the best for him but he does not want to do much himself. He will be 86 in September. So I don’t know if we will kept them.

I received these and didn’t like them and it took an act of god to get a return authorization they emailed me for several days begging me to get used to them. I finally got the return authorization and had to pay to ship them back. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund. DO NOT BUY THESE!! Update it is now a month later and I’m still waiting for my refund. Again I say keep away from this company! Update 8/7. Still waiting for my refund and they told me if I contacted my credit card people that my refund would be delayed 75 days. I contacted card company anyway and we will see what happens. Update 8/14. Still waiting for refund! Update 8/24. Still waiting for refund.

Everyone who I spoke with was excellent from the person who took the order and explained everything to me and the people I spoke with when calling for assistance. After receiving the hearing aids I made 2 phone calls for assistance both times was great experience. All individuals who spoke and helped me were professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It has been little over a week since receiving the hearing aids and so far work great if anything changes will review again.

My father tried three different types of Nano hearing aids. Was told after we exchanged them for a better product that we had an additional 45 days to try them out. Well that was not true. They claimed that the third set that we got was included in the second set 45 day guarantee. Which I was not told about. I was told that I had an additional 45 days. They lied. And I have no way of proving it. Would definitely not recommend them. Their customer service is absolutely terrible
