Tash is friendly , although she encourages one to be disciplined to achieve great results. She is motivates by saying you can do it. When you achieve your target she says "I knew that you could do it "

Shashi has been amazing! I have had some issues with my sciatic nerve prior to working out and she has incorporated some of my PT stretches into the workout which has really helped. I am getting stronger and now working with her 3x a week. Highly recommend.
