MyStart has been wonderful! I just spoke with Kent, and he answered all of my questions about my next order, specifically regarding raising the dosage. Every time I have called, I have received such care and patience. I love MyStart!

I had requested a medication change. Ashley promptly called me and submitted that change. By mistake the medication I requested was not sent but instead the same medication I had been taking. As soon as I let them know, Ashley called me & corrected the mistake without an additional charge. She was so helpful throughout the whole process.

This company is amazing! They have excellent customer service and have worked with me very well, whether it be helping me understand the dosage, or helping me pause my subscription to look for cheaper prices (which I did not find), and helping me restart my subscription when I did not find anything. Every question I have had they have been very helpful with! I did take quite a long time to initially receive the medication (just over a month) but they said they were switching pharmacies. All in all I would definitely recommend this company!
