Stay away from this company. They will steal your money. I signed up, they take payment right away. You have to schedule a virtual appointment to which no instructions were given, nothing in the portal to access said appointment, and no email or text message sent with a link to the appointment. I emailed them about this on Oct 2nd when the appointment I woke up early for did not happen. I asked to be refunded and to cancel my account that day. Since then I have emailed and called multiple times. All I keep getting is that my concern has been escalated but nothing is happening. Just got an email that I will be charged again beginning next week for a higher amount. They are stealing money from people. Stay. Away!

Worst company ever, emailed RNK more than once about cancellation of prescription. The company still proceeded with the payment and charge $289, for a product that originally cost me $129. Due to health reasons, I no longer wanted to take NAD injections, I explained this in writing and my money was still robbed from me.

Ordered NAD+ on subscription from RNK Health. They were always quick to bill the $269 every 28 days but getting medication refills was a nightmare. Finally, the most recent month, I called in on the 15th of September only to find that despite being charged on the 4th of September (and my 3rd month of medication), the representative saw no record of my account. Therefore, we repeated the entire intake process I had done 3 months prior. She said the medication would be filled in the next 48 hours. It was not. On the 21st I called billing and requested a refund. I was told the refund would happen since I had not been shipped medication and I would get an email in 24 hours. I did not. On 10/1 I called in again to billing and the agent confirmed the refund request had been submitted but that the refund department had "done nothing" - including not sending the required email. She stated she was going to send another message to them "encouraged they get a move on it" and I should receive an email in 24 hours. I have little confidence of that. The medication itself seemed decent quality but the customer experience is horrible. There are too many telehealth peptide companies out there to have to deal with such! If you're checking out this company, I'd suggest using someone else!
