Hi, So happy to hear you’ve had a great experience with our team and your journey! Warm regards MyRNK Team
RNK promised a 3 month supply of NAD for $378. Took the money out of account on 10/27/25. Never delivered the medication. When I called, they said they had “no refills on file”. I now have to go through my bank for a refund. Wish they would allow me to attach photos here

I really love the product, however there seems to be a disconnect with your customers. I did not expect to be charged each month and do not like auto payments. the prescription said 3xs per week. So there is no possible way to take .25 and use it in 4 weeks. I am happy that I had an issue so my card has not been being charged. However, I would like to continue using your product, but want to order as needed, not be charged automatically. If this is possible I will order more soon but any charges other than what and when I order will really upset me.

Hi, We’re truly sorry for the confusion and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Our treatments are always managed on a subscription cycle to ensure consistency and medical oversight - this information is shown clearly during checkout. That said, we completely understand your concern we can see that our team has already reached out to you directly to help adjust your plan and make sure you’re only charged when you choose to order. Thank you for being a valued part of RNK - we’re glad you love the product and we’ll do everything we can to make your experience smooth from here on. Warmly, The MyRNK Team
The communication on the subscription wasn't clear. The follow up email ended up in my junk folder.
