I chose to go through MyLabBox after acting irresponsibly and then not being able to get an appointment with either my Gyno or Planned Parenthood for over a month. I wanted results as quickly as possible and my work schedule made it difficult to find time as well. I think I ordered the kit on a Friday, received it on a Monday, sent the kit back on a Wednesday and received my results that Friday. So everything taken care of in a week and was able to put my mind at ease. I will definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great customer service but the registration process was a nightmare

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I believe this was an unfortunate mix up in which you purchased a kit directly from mylabbox.com and one from Amazon as well. Kits purchased directly from mylabbox.com do not require registration, but kits purchased from Amazon or other third parties do in order to protect your privacy. Unfortunately, it appears that it took a few calls from you for us to get clear that you had purchased kits from both platforms and to identify what the mix up was. For this we sincerely apologize and are happy to offer a full refund for the inconvenience you experienced which should post to your account in a few days. I really appreciate the fact that I can test myself at home for STDs without the stigma of going to the doctor. It was easy with fast results. The HIV test did not require much blood at all. The result line is typically a 24/7 computer, but it was down at the time when I had to call. I talked to a person for my results and they were very pleasant. They did not make me feel awkward or bad at all. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to my friends!
