My Fast PC personnel are right on the money and fix your computer in very short order. They are friendly and will answer additional questions you may have. My only complaint is that they are rather expensive for us retired Baby Boomers. Wish My Fast PC could offer retirees a 20% discount on their services. Anne

My FastPC seems to be working well most of the time. I was told that I could contact FastPC anytime day or night, but I found that thet have certain office hours, so at one point I couldn't get hold of them to resolve my problem. However, I'm glad I have FastPC to help keep my computer up and running. My computer is very old and wants to freeze up or shut down at times. This is not happening as much now as it did when I didn't have My FastPC.

They charged me $200 which I want refunded. I was told my computer was fixed when later I found out there was over 16,000 things wrong with it and there was a trojan virus on my computer. I EXPECT MY $200 REFUNDED TO ME. MY DISCOVER CARD COMPANY IS WORKING ON GETTING MY MONEY REFUNDED. I DO NOT THAT COMPANY TO TOUCH MY COMPUTER.

I had Fast PC work on my computer and it really helped on all they did. Sort of scary but at this point was worth the money to have cleaned and Took several hours but all came out well. I have no issues to talk about. I do wonder about the monthly service charge.

Problem was never fixed for good.I had to call three times within that week to refix the problem. Then I was away for couple of weeks and when I came back same problem persisted. So just few days back I called and was told that my one month warrenty has expired and I need to chip in once again $125 to even look at or listen to my problem. This has been my worst experience ever where I was ripped off like this will never ever deal with your entity in future unless I get my problem resolved or get my money back.Thank you Hira Daulat
