Just disappointed that they did not call when they stopped working on computer Overall satisfied

My E-mail problem was solved by Time Warner. I had asked that my computer be scanned for problems, because something is making it very, very, slow. Nothing has changed in that regard.

It was interesting watching the cleanup process going on as well as the speed with which it was being conducted. While I haven't had time to use my computer since the cleanup, I am certain it will be a pleasant experience. Thank you very much. Bill Olson
