Procedure went pretty well. Only problem is that all of my Word documents refuse to open, or open to a blank page! Over 1000 documents affected. Discovered I could "Choose All" and assign a font ID and a few will open. Trouble is: How can I change all 1000 without having to do so individually. I'm sure there is some simple solution, but it has not yet been provided to me. Requested advice. None received yet. For the cost of this service I expect more, or else a refund so I may find someone who will fix this.

No one called me or left a message when the cleaning was completed. All I got was a mysterious message on the screen asking me if I wanted to start the scan ``now.'' I did not know what that meant so I turned it off. Also, the technician was supposed to leave three buttons for my three e-mail accounts. He left only one.

When I spoke to them about my problem, they accessed my PC. They cleaned the computer up & I was very satisfied with the work they did.

It took about 4 hours total.? Yes, the couple of items needed were taken care of. I was told the speed of my PC would increase dramatically. I told the two different people, please talk slower and clearer. That did not last very long. The speed did not change at all as far as I can tell, plus they would go away for a while, not say anything, so I just had to hang along.

Not fully convinced that I actually needed this service or that malware actually existed. I already had security system that has been excellent in blocking unwanted intrusions. All I know is that I paid out $200 hoping that they were legit in their assessment that my computer actually needed this.

I think that in the future I will turn somewhere else for assistance.

As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem

I have nothing to compare with on-line but didn't need the anti-virus, have no idea what orange money is and sorry I ever clicked on website. I accept that it was 75% my fault - never again.
