I am not in any way a computer master. Like so many people, when you have a computer that fails, who do you trust? I was concerned about someone getting into my personal computer and trusting them to fix it without being ripped off. They did all the work, they were so nice, so efficient, and my computer is running better than ever. Worth every penny.
