The representatives that contacted me directly or that I called were very courteous. They took the time and stayed in the line so I could do everything correct the first time.

I do all my banking here and am never disappointed with the service. The credit and debit cards are monitored for safety extremely well. The tellers are always friendly and helpful.

I do most of all my banking online and when I do need to go to the bank everyone is very courteous and helpful and very friendly. Banking with Consumers Credit Union is a pleasure every time. They are able to answer any of my questions that I propose to them and if they don't know, someone will get me an answer.

I prefer to have my money in your Credit Union than other banks. It’s close to home and service is very good!

Their customer service has been exceptional for me these last few years. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is I am not a fan of their recently re-vamped web site.
