Helpful customer service at the branch but unhelpful information given when I called and asked what needed to be brought to branch to open a teen account. They failed to tell me I’d need SSN and it ended up wasting a lot of time. We got it done later electronically but I wish they would’ve told me when I specifically called to ask.

Consumers on our side was unable to get credit for disputed transactions. Golf now application changed date of desired services and wouldn’t allow me to change to another date stating that no tee times were available so service was canceled within 4 minutes

The teller I had was slow. Think she was new and lacked experience.

I hate two-factor authentiation! You should offer an option to turn it off!

The entire time I had my account everything was fine. All of my payments were made on time with no issues. I had a BIG PROBLEM when I went to pay the account off.
