Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the Modular Moe’s Tavern Simpsons MOC 152941 includes PDF instructions only (no paper manual). The set comes with a QR code to download the manuals, and if you’re unable to locate it, our support team can provide the link directly. If you are missing any parts, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist. You can also refer to our replacement policy for guidance. We’re always here to help and ensure you can complete your build.

Hi Ignacio, we’re really sorry about the delay and the frustration this has caused you. We’ve already opened an investigation with the shipping agency on January 7 and are currently waiting for their result. We understand how disappointing it is to wait longer than expected, especially after multiple follow-ups. Please rest assured—if the package cannot be delivered, we will absolutely help with a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference. We will continue to follow up closely and update you as soon as we receive more information.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused and we understand how return shipping costs can feel disappointing. We’d like to clarify that return addresses do vary depending on the product. Some items are shipped from local warehouses and can be returned locally, while others are shipped directly from China, in which case returns do need to be sent back to China. This is based on where the item is fulfilled from, and we apologize if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase. International shipping costs are unfortunately very high, and we also absorb a significant portion of shipping costs to fulfill orders. Because of this, we often try our best to help customers with replacements, partial refunds, or other solutions instead of requiring a return, whenever possible. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and for how this experience felt. Our goal is never to be misleading, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how clearly we communicate our policies. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to look into your specific order and see if there’s a better solution for you.
