The bags are poorly numbered.

Every peice was there even the minifigs and stickers. Expect the chains,but since the boat was the main attraction I did not mind if I had one anchor.

Everything came as should when you order anything . Just happy for my nephews sake that he got what he asked for with any complication . Very good safe company to use .

I requested a missing piece to be sent to me and have not received anything regarding it. I am trying to finish my project and this is really unfair. I am going to have to spend money getting the missing piece from somewhere else. So sad. UPDATES: The company finally reached out and have agreed to send the missing piece. They are also refunding me the additional price I paid on eBay for the missing piece since I did not hear from them. I have received so many compliments on my Yoshi statue and I’m so pleased with the company’s service and follow through.

The process to order was easy and quick. As soon as I placed my order, I received an email acknowledging the order and that I would be provided with tracking information. The tracking information came the next day, and the package was delivered in a timely manner. My Yoshi statue had all of the parts in separate bags with easy instructions to follow. I have almost completed all the steps, but am missing one piece. Reached out to the company and within a few hours they acknowledged my missing item and will be sending the needed piece soon. They have been great to work with and customer service is fabulous.
