Fabulous, bought two pairs for less than it normally costs me for one. I bought progressive glasses with photochromic lenses, fit perfectly. Took around 3 weeks to arrive, the tracking was good. Will definitely buy from them again.

The shipping company stated my glasses where delivered and signed for. I sent an email to Muukal stating I did not recieve my glasses nor did I sign for anything, this was on a Saturday. Muukal quickly responded back to me that they would look into it on Monday and not to worry. I also emailed the shipping company, they too got back to me first thing Monday morning. As it turns out they were delivered to my post box and the post office clerk had signed for them. My mistake for not checking there first. The glasses arrived very quickly, 10 after shipping and are wonderful, good quality and great price, the service was excellent, prompt to respond to my concern. Definetly will be purchasing from Muukal Optical again.

I love my new glasses. I made a mistake on my first order, contacted customer service, and it was corrected immediately. I ordered 2 pair the first time and was so happy with them, that I already ordered 2 more pair. In my area, I can't find glasses with the personality of yours. I will definitely be watching you site for future purchases. Thank you.

Editing this review to say the company reached out to me after posting my original review. They remade my order and shipped it out again after confirming the delivery service lost my original package. While I am not entirely pleased they did nothing until I wrote a bad review, after contacting them multiple times, I like the glasses now that I have them. I also appreciate that they did finally make the situation right. Still waiting for my glasses. It's been over a month. The have been sitting in my town somewhere in my town since May 5. It is May 22. I just want my glasses.
