Im very happy with my order. There is a lot of variety to choose from, and the lower costs were amazing. It took a little bit longer to arrive then local but I think the price difference is worth it. The glasses were perfect in the prescription too. I will be using Muukal again in the furture.

Great service from Muukal optical. I ordered 2 pairs of graduated lens glasses. The frames were good quality and the lenses were created perfectly. I had a problem with one frame and it was replaced after I contacted them by email. I would recommend Muukal to anyone who wants lovely frames and good quality lenses.

The glasses I bought didn’t work for my face and when contacting customer service- it took days between emails. Now I finally got a replacement but don’t know if I did because no follow up information was sent. Takes way too long for shipping- you are ordering from overseas !

I can only see clearly out of the very center of my glasses. I got progressives, and they are just terrible. UPDATE! I got a text saying that they would give me money back ONLY if I removed the review first. Their website says that they will give you 50% back If the Glasses are wrong. But it's a lie. They only offer you the refund of 50% IF you remove your review first. Very deceptive!

This was the second time I bought glasses, happy with first purchase, this time I can't ready clearly, can only use them for walking or driving. Although I provided the prescription, they aren't quite right
