The initial pair I received had glare to them, the prescription felt off and gave me a headache, and another package of 3 pair I’m still waiting on even though the tracking days it was delivered.

Yes, we are very sorry. Customizing lenses also takes 3-5 days. We are very sorry.
Pleased with the experience. The glasses were made to my prescription, fit well and look nice. Since they come from China be prepared to wait a few weeks to receive. You pay for what you get so the frames are definitely cheap. It is a great way to add different styles at a low cost.
