Ordered filled Properly. Good customer service

ordered a hardened length of chain. Package came quickly, via fedex, but the paper envelope was empty, i declined delivery. Before I could sit down to email the company they called me. Explained what happened, company stated they would replace the chain and make sure it was in a box. Sure enough four days later new chain arrived in a box, via fedex. I have had packages arrive empty in the past and the company's would not accept responsibility for poor packaging, and I would be out of luck. This is the my first experience with a company taking responsibility for poor packaging, 100% recommend Murphy Industrial Products, excellent customer service.

Had to inquire about my order but it was taken care of immediately. It certainly didn’t ship the same day of the order but I’m satisfied.

I really enjoyed dealing with your company! I’ll tell others about you that are interested in rigging materials!! I would have easily ga y’all a five but as I checked out I thought I checked the 10 per cent off discount but once my order was processed I didn’t get it! But knowing myself and ordering over the internet it was my fault! My only suggestion would be to give the 10 percent off automatically because of Computer illiterate folks like me! You guys are super nice and treat customers friendly! I like doing business with people like you who don’t treat their clientele like they are doing them a favor ! Also James helped me and answered all my questions even during his lunch hour! Thanks again and GOD Bless
