We see that the 2 eye bolts you ordered were delivered the same day of your review. Unfortunately, the transit time to New York takes a while. Thank you, Management

We are sorry for this and we are working on reshipping the correct axle strap. We will update you as soon as it ships this week. Thank you, Management
Did like I was told a week for delivery but it took twice that. I also paid for express shipping wasn’t refunded for that.

I ordered on 12/14 and haven't heard another word. Has it shipped?
By Charles L.
Great product. It did not ship after placing to order. I contacted them and I was told it would ship on Wed. and if not it would go out on Friday. I then called them again the following week and the gentleman on the phone literally went out and shipped it that moment as I waited on hold. He sent it overnight and of course FedEx delayed it another night as well.

Was sent the wrong set of chains(made in china) after speaking with the sales person twice! But, after speaking with Zach the correct chains were sent along with return labels immediately! Great job Z! Another customer saved!
