Parts were not ready when i showed up. They did pick up the tab on the delivery so that was good. The tool I bought to cut the cable I bought did not last the first day before it could not cut the cable any more. I did not pay a lot for the tool but thought it would be around for a while.

We placed a small order....However, the customer service that we received made me feel like i was ordering a container full of product. Upon reflection of the letter from the president of your company after we placed the order...made me feel as a very valued customer. As a matter of fact, your customer service was so well done, that we are incorporating some of these steps in our customer service department. Awesome Job!
