Ordered product and received within 3 days. Received timely notification of the order placement and shipping information. Product received was not exactly as shown and described on the website (wasn't painted as shown and described). When I inquired about this, I received a very timely response offering to return or exchange the product, which I declined because it still met my needs. Also appreciate they carry made in USA products and the website clearly shows which are made in USA. Would buy again from Murphy.
