I wouldn’t even give them one star. They DO NOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS. They do not reply to requests. They just ignore you. STAY AWAY I subscibed realised within an hour it was an awful platform just wanting you to spend spend spend. So I tried to cancel, no reply, tried again, no reply. Each month they take money through my PayPal. No one will help me. I will have to close my account down as they are so unresponsive

The voice quality on Murf is actually decent, but the actual Studio interface is a total nightmare to navigate. I spent way too much time trying to sync the text-to-speech blocks with my video, and the whole thing kept lagging or glitching out every time I made a small change. For the high price they charge, I expected a much smoother experience, but it honestly feels clunky and frustrated me more than it helped.

The voices sound great, but the high prices and automatic credit card charges feel like a total "gotcha". It’s frustrating that they won't give refunds for renewals I didn't want, especially since any minutes I paid for but didn't use just vanish at the end of the month.

My professional background is in mathematical and physical modeling, as well as software development. Now retired, I’m dedicating my time to a new YouTube channel where I explore psychological concepts through the lens of art.

This is my first experience with AI scripting. This site has made it extremely easy!

Murf.ai is easily one of the best AI voice platforms I’ve used. The voice quality is extremely natural and realistic, with proper tone control, pacing, and emotion. It does not sound robotic or flat like most text to speech tools. The interface is clean and efficient. Editing scripts, adjusting emphasis, and exporting audio is straightforward. The voice variety is solid, and the pronunciation engine handles complex words surprisingly well. For content creators, marketers, educators, or anyone producing professional audio, Murf.ai saves serious time and delivers high quality output without needing a voice actor. Highly recommended.
