Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I bought 3 different sizes about a year ago and just ordered 2 more and got a third one free! Yay 😀 they are the BEST rugs EVER! And love the colors 👍💜

Wonderful! MuddyMats are fantastic. I use them inside And outside my doors to trap dirt from everyone’s feet. The little dog does a dance and circles around on the outside mat but he scoots over the inside mats. This method works best for my house. One on the stoop in the garage and inside my kitchen. One outside on the covered deck and one inside the den. One outside the basement stoop and another inside that door ias well. One outside the front door on the front porch and one inside that door too. I put the mats outside my cats litter box as well so no more tracking. The last order I placed is for our motor home. My advice is to never put Muddy Mats in the dryer as the heat can damage the backing and reduce the life of the backing. I hang mine to dry overnight. I love Muddy Mats and have given them to friends for gifts. Gail Champion

My dogs absolutely love these

I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is very poor. I wanted to make a return for a refund and they are so difficult to deal with and unresponsive. I am a long standing customer. The product is good. But I got the wrong sizes for one order and getting a refund is proving nigh on impossible. In response to your reply. This refers to order no ABC12E0DCE placed on September 28, 2025. You will find all my details on your system with the order - which has been returned but had not refunded.

I ordered 11/1/2025. I received a tracking # on 11/10 and advised it could take 3 days before I would be able to track the order. On 11/12, the tracking app advised me that my order would be delayed with no indication of HOW LONG the delay would be. I am still waiting. 9 days from order to shipment.

As I stated earlier today in a response to an order that Muddy Mat’s Customer Service Department went beyond expectations To resolve the issue. I commend them highly.

My package was broken and one rug missing,

The mats were bought in 2 different sizes for my 2 dogs. They have not gone far from the super comfortable beds since I unwrapped them. They are attractive and stay fluffy all the time. We are quite satisfied with them.
