We’ve been indoor muddy mat users for years with no complaints. When we aw the new outdoor mat, we decided to purchase one. Big mistake. The mat is poorly made, as the edges will not lay flat. We’ve tried everything to get them to lay flat with no luck, so now we have a mat thats a tripping hazard. So add the high price to the poor quality and this mat is a hard pass.

Well I would like to give a good report but I have not received my order yet! When will I receive it Muddy Mat?

I don’t have a muddy Matt but am considering buying one or two. Why are my comments not allowed on your Facebook page? Why are my questions not being answered? Are the muddy Matt’s being sold on Amazon the same as what’s being sold on your Facebook page? I’ve had several bad experiences buying stuff from Facebook.

I placed a reorder with specific instructions not to use SpeedX for shipping since I have yet to receive my initial order that I placed on 9/28 but I see that you’ve shipped my reorder using the same incompetent company so please cancel my reorder and credit my card. Thank you

I ordered 3 of the muddy mats and I like them. The problem is in August they sent me the wrong color, navy blue instead of charcoal. We have been talking back and forth since August and not getting anywhere. Each text I receive they keep asking for pictures, I have sent multiple pictures. I’m just getting the run around. I’m done with this, it was there mistake.

I am still awaiting the delivery of my order. I was told through an AI bot that I would receive an updated shipping confirmation, but never received an update. I am very disappointed with the status of this company as I have been a very satisfied customer with past orders. My opinion is that this company has been sold to a company in China and is no longer a USA based company. That’s just my opinion and experience.

I was going to purchase muddy mats believing they could help with our dogs messy drinking and dirty entries into the house. I thought the talk about how the mats had a bottom that would keep the mats from moving would have been good as I have problems with falling. However, I was good and came to Trustpilot to see what current customers had to say. WOW!!! Lots of unhappy people and some mentioning how long it was taking to receive their rugs I decided I’d see what the internet showed. The first thing I searched was where the muddy mats are mfg and where they’re shipped from - “Muddy Mats are manufactured in China, though the brand itself is distributed by a US-based company (Muddy Mat) headquartered in Miami, Florida (BBB Business Profile).” Muddy Mat ships its products directly from international manufacturing factories located across the globe, rather than a single domestic warehouse.

At checkout, there is a seemingly endless stream of upsell offers. I tried to bail out of the parade but ended up with a $20 added item on my final total. I did not agree to the purchase. I promptly asked that the stray item be removed and was told the order would have to be reviewed and verified by a "team." I'm not holding my breath.
