Pet likes it

Hi Keith, Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re so happy to hear that your pet likes the new bed. We hope it becomes a favorite spot for many relaxing naps! 🐾
The ordering and delivery were excellent! However my German shepherd who I ordered this bed for, has only laid on it twice. My springer spaniel loves it, but he’s not the one with anxiety issues. Don’t know if I should move the bed or what to do? Any suggestions?

Hi Debra, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It’s great to hear that your Springer Spaniel has already taken a liking to the bed. 😊 For your German Shepherd, you could try placing the bed in a quiet spot where they already like to relax, or adding a familiar blanket or toy to make the new bed feel more inviting. Sometimes pets simply need a little time to become comfortable with a new sleeping spot, so we hope your German Shepherd gives it another try soon! 🐾
The product does not look like the advertised product or photos on the web site. Very disappointing!

Hi Bride to Be, We’re so sorry for the disappointment. This is definitely not the experience we hope to provide, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet your expectations based on the website images. We can see that you’re already being assisted by one of our representatives, who will continue working with you via email to address your concerns. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into this for you.
Communication is so important and this company does it right! I had an issue with a product and MrFluffyFriend met my expectations by addressing it immediately. That said, My dogs are so content with their beds. During this rough heat, they continue to use the Cooling Mat with great relief. I encourage anyone who wants to help their furries feel more comfortable, especially as they age, to consider their products. You won’t be disappointed! Sincerely, a satisfied customer!

Most importantly, it’s wonderful to know that your dogs are comfortable in their beds and getting some relief from the heat with their Cooling Mats. Your recommendation truly means a lot to us. Thank you for trusting MrFluffyFriend and for taking the time to share your experience! 🐾
I purchased 2 cool mats and not cool. Returned for full refund with correct label etc. Postage £29 and after many weeks my parcel has been returned to me unopened. It was tracked by the post office. I will never buy from this company again and hope my warning will help others. I am absolutely disgusted and financially out of pocket!!! Order number #21226

We ordered a bed for a 120 pound dog and got a bed that was not even big enough for a cat. SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM MRFLUFFYFRIEND!!!!!!!! I don’t know how they got the positive reviews🤬

My experience was GREAT! I had an issue with my first order and the CEO contacted me and said the company wanted to make my experience better and without hesitation sent me, free of charge and shipping charge, a new bed! Once I opens my package and put it on the floor my dogs immediately played down on it! They love it. The customer service was EXCELLENTand I will for sure let my family and friends know not only about the product but the great customer service. More business should take notes from this type of customer service.
