My dog does like the bed. She still hasn't used it much but I like the size of it and it fits her area. not to impressed with the back of it . looks unfinished.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Nancy. We’re glad to hear that your dog likes the bed and that the size works well for her space. 🐾 We’re sorry, though, that the ordering process was confusing and that you ended up ordering two beds when you intended to purchase one. We also appreciate your comment about the back of the bed looking unfinished. We’ll take this feedback to our team so we can review both the ordering experience and the product finish. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. 💙
My dog is 18 yo and is also blind. Normally when I put her in her bed she digs and walks around and around trying to get comfy. I have noticed since getting her new bed from Mr Fluffy friend she just climbs in and settles straight away.

Thank you so much for sharing this, Christine! 🥰 It’s wonderful to hear that your 18-year-old girl has found comfort in her new MrFluffyFriend bed and is settling in straight away. Knowing she can relax without all the usual digging and circling means so much to us. Please give her an extra cuddle from our team!
Well my original review I gave four stars because I like the bed. My point was that it's not even close to the pictures that they show on the website as far as fluffy and I read multiple other reviews that basically said the same thing and multiple responses to those reviews saying that sorry your first impression wasn't what you thought, you need to give it time to expand because it's vacuum sealed packaging and to fluff it. That is disingenuous is all I can say because I fluffed it and let it expand for 48 hours what are we supposed to do let it sit for a week, two weeks come on. The fact that you can't just be forthcoming and start making your product the way the photos look or show the real photos of what the product looks like. This is why I'm now leaving this one star review. Stop making excuses and fix the issue, skimping on some stuffing and poor customer service isn't helping your status. You are barely over three stars on Trustpilot. Just do the right thing and have great customer service and quality products for that price and you can't go wrong. You will get more dedicated word spreading customers that will quadruple your profits. Think about it before you give another excuse riddled response.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, Milo. We’re genuinely sorry that the bed did not meet your expectations, especially after you gave it 48 hours to expand and followed the fluffing instructions. We understand your point, and we don’t want to dismiss your experience by simply referring to the vacuum packaging. Your feedback about the difference between the product photos and the actual appearance, as well as your concerns about the filling and customer service, is valuable to us. We’ll take this back to our team so we can review both the product presentation and the quality more closely. We appreciate you being direct about where you feel we can do better. We’ll work on it. 🙏
I’m so dissatisfied with my dog bed. Not enough padding, poor quality. Will never buy from your company again. Can’t send back because of the way you package. Can’t believe you think your product is worthy of my dog or any dog!!!!!

We’re very sorry for your disappointment, Kathy. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive your order and feel that it doesn’t meet your expectations. It looks like you ordered our Calming Cushion, which arrives in separate parts due to the way it is packaged and needs to be assembled upon arrival. We’d really like the opportunity to look into this with you and address your concerns directly. We’ll send you a follow-up email so we can assist you further and find the best way to resolve this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
