Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We have since spoken directly with Robert directly and worked together to reach a resolution. As part of that resolution, we have offered a 100% refund of the deposit paid to our company. We appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns and are pleased that we were able to come to an agreement.

Melissa, We're sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that we do not sell information to any other moving companies or third parties. If you requested a quote online, you were likely connected to multiple moving companies through that platform. When someone requests to not be called, we put them on a Do Not Call list. Though, we do understand that mistakes can happen and we would like to review this further. Please give our customer service department a call. Thank you

Laurie, we are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. That's not the level of service we aim to provide. We would like the opportunity to make this right. If you could please give the number at the top of your moving estimate a call so we can locate your file and get it to our Customer Resolution Department. We are more than happy to assist with this matter. Thank you

We appreciate the feedback and understand your concern. To clarify, our system requests a phone consultation because every move is different and accurate pricing depends on details like inventory, access, distance, and scheduling. We are unable to provide quotes without that kind of information. It was never our intention to mislead you, and we apologize if the explanation came across poorly.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we take feedback like this seriously. What you described is not the level of service we aim to provide. Pricing discrepancies and incomplete moves are major concerns, and we understand how frustrating and stressful that must have been—especially having to make additional trips on your own. That’s not how a move should go. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and understand exactly what happened in your case. Please reach out to us directly with your name and move details so we can review your file and work toward a resolution. Your feedback helps us improve, and we regret that we let you down here.
