Honest! I had the incorrect additional VESA mount on my order. They recognized it and told me that what I had selected is rarely needed for this mount and asked me what monitor I had. They were correct. It wasn't needed! So they removed it from my order. $$ saved! Honesty and proactiveness is so rare these days. Thank you!

One of the BEST Customer Service experiences I've ever had!! Ordered two mounts and had a manufacturers defect with one of them. Web interacted with and connected me to his manufacturer rep and the product company for an immediate resolution! Outstanding Service!! Pre-purchase support, shipping, etc was also phenomenal!

Found a stand that I thought was good and they suggested an even better one. Ordered a freestanding version then later decided to get the clamp version. I did have to pay to ship it back, deducted from refund, but the return process was quick and easy. Got the clamp version and all is good. All communication was by email with quick responses.

This company's customer service is very much lacking. While the product may be quality, I cannot say I would prder it again juat based on the customer service. Save yourself an consider ordering it from Amazon or WalMart online to insure you're able to return it should it not work out.
