The ICW Monitor and Keyboard wall mount…
The ICW Monitor and Keyboard wall mount is an excellent unit. We have been using various models for about 18 years. The only issue we have is the new units use a different monitor mount that does not work well with some of our units. Very disappointing we cannot buy the monitor mount from the UL500 to put on the UL510. We know this works as we have taken this mount from an old unit and replaced onto a new mount. Good Day to you Guy, I would be happy to reach out to my manufacturers rep at ICW and inquire about the availability of the UL510 mounting head. Can you provide me the order number for your purchase in our store, I have no record of your purchase. I do see a new purchase from September 1 for a StarTech product. Please advise, Web
