I do have an issue with the shipping part. But am not going to dock them a star for it. Website was good, everything was easy and painless. I did want it before a weekend. The date mentioned was going to meet my deadline so I didnt pay for faster shipping. But then it arrived later and the shipping information was different than the website from the very beginning. So I think there is a disconnect in their system with shipping details/information.

Purchased a monitor stand and additional mount to ensure the installation could be completed before the week ended. Was charged additional shipping although everything came in one box. The additional mount arrived damaged from the factory, it was damaged before shipping, taped up and sent anyway. Was told that the new replacement would arrive by Friday (not sure why as FedEx had it scheduled for Monday the whole time). Of course, the parts did not arrive until after the weekend on Monday. I had to find another option to get everything ready before the part arrived and am now stuck with a stand and hardware I will not use. Reviewing the return policy shows that it will cost me money to return anything. Never received a response to my last email.

Web responds promptly, makes solid recommendations based on your individual buying criteria and is with you throughout the buying experience. I have recommended his company to others and will continue to use mountmymonitor.com wherever we can.

My interaction with MountMyMonitor was exceptional. Aside from stocking the item I was looking for, once I placed the order, I was immediately contacted by Web with a recommendation for a much more functional and less expensive compatible option. This level of bespoke customer service is all but lost in the brick and mortar setting and non-existent with large online e-commerce platforms.

The customer service is amazing, product is great. My mount shipped slow but that was a supplier issuer. I called to check the status of my order and received a call back within minutes with an explanation and a shipping date. I will definitely give 5 stars on product and 10 stars to customer service. We will you them again !!!!!

They were the only ones I found the type of equipment I wanted to suit how I wanted to work. I checked it all out confirmed my set up and placed the order. Order confirmed quickly and it shipped a bit ahead of the anticipated delivery. Impressed. I've not set it all up yet, but don't anticipate any issues.

Hands-down, THE BEST! Both in product knowledge and assistance with how to make a unique situation not only work but function just as I had it planned in my head. After typing a message in the chat on the website’s main page not only did the gentleman who helped me respond promptly, but he also took the time to call me and patiently refigure things over and over until I had exactly what I wanted. Then, when we had everything configured, he went above and beyond to help me get the correct products in my cart before I clicked order. I’m extremely impressed not only with the Customer Service , but also with the products I received. They are heavy duty and definitely meant to last a lifetime.

Great monitor arm for my 52-inch. Great service. Definitely, we'll use it again as I continue to build out my space.
