I got the information I needed and the laser is up and running. The response time could have been a little faster. A well written setup manual would be very helpful and nit hard to put together.

Sono estremamente soddisfatto del MEGA 70, potente e con area di lavoro generosa, la macchina funziona bene ed è molto precisa, il supporto Tecnico è impeccabile, grazie a Bill abbiamo impostato tutti i setup ed anche la connessione in wi-fi con Lightburn. Bill numero 1 Consiglio vivamente la Mon Port , tengo a precisare che possiedo anche un Laser Fibra Galvo sempre della Mon Port...tutto Magnifico...grazie !!

Contacted Monport for assistance for the broken X- Axis proximity sensor on my laser. They responded within the hour advising they received my request for assistance and sent my issue to the technical team. The technical team responded within 12 hours with an interim resolution while they shipped out a free replacement. Excellent customer service!

Wir haben den Monport GT PRO 100W gekauft, sowie Zubehör. Seit 07.04.26 bekommen wir keine Rechnung und die Ware wurde auch nicht vollständig geliefert. Auf KEINE Mail / Erinnerung wird geantwortet noch gehandelt. Eine Schande!

We had to take time to diagnose the issue. Even though it was 24 hour response between us based on being other side of the world, they responded everyday till the problem was identified and promptly began the process to send me a new part.

After going back-and-forth with this company for almost a month, trying to get the laser tube that I purchased, and I kept being strong along. The laser tube arrives all smashed very poorly, packaged in a flimsy cardboard box. Monport has caused me to lose a quite a bit of revenue because they did not ship the tube in time and then it arrives all smashed. Thinking about taking legal action at this point due to the fact it cost me hundreds of dollars in lost revenue. Think twice about ordering from this company.
