I hung up the call knowing the whole process and my questions where answer..

The first two times I called Monitech it was very hard to hear the person I was talking to because there was a lot of background noise. I could barely understand what the first two employees were saying do to them talking to fast. That being said the third and last time I called I got a very nice lady who talked very clearly and slow enough for me to understand exactly what she was saying. There was absolutely no background noise. The lady was very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I'm very please with Monitech no complaines so far.
