The support experience is great. The staff was wonderful and informative. The building is really unprofessional. The building is dirty, the one picture on the wall is falling apart. It reminds me of a low end tire shop. I get that its an install bay connected to a waiting area, but come on take a little pride in your work and in all the positive google reviews.

To sensitive. Almost as if it’s made that way purposely to have more violations for more revenue. Money racket is all it is.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. All Ignition Interlock Device (IID) settings are dictated by state regulations. Please note that the IID will register any trace of alcohol from any source containing it - this is how the device effectively ensures an impaired individual is not able to start a vehicle, and how we are able to confidently state the Monitech ignition interlock is fulfilling its purpose.

They suck in customer service so bad... been on hold stranded For more than a hour bc I had a faulty system that required lock out codes every other day and Invalid settings displaying in my screen from day one it’s never worked properly it’s bs not to mention the malfunctioning is causing issues with my alternator (which I had tested prior to getting this device)
