Monitech has been very easy to work with. They’ve also been understanding. They have helped me several times in the past week. I am finally figuring out how to properly work my device. I’m feeling much better about this process!

Nothing but a money racket, inconsiderate company to say the least, that's my experience, I don't want no bs reply either. I asked if they would waive the 45$ fee or pay later because I didn't have the funds available. They said no, now I'm locked out with no way to work. Crooked. Reply to Monitech I paid my monthly fees everything on time and I've paid 5 times $45 to get a code to unlock my truck. To charge someone 45$ for code that takes 5 min to get is criminal. Beware monitech is a retaliatory company if you leave bad feedback they'll really stick it to you. You would think they would fix the A/C in their service waiting room with all the money they're raking in, it's been broke since last summer. Just goes to show the level of care they have for their clients. I feel bad for the employee as well, no wonder he's not happy.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. At Monitech, our employees continuously test our units to understand our consumer's experience. Device settings are determined by state regulations, not the interlock industry, but we do our best to train our clients how to use the device. We are always striving to become better for our customers, and your feedback helps us to best understand how. We're sorry you feel this way, but as a business we can't provide service for free simply because you're unintentionally breaking the state's interlock rules.
Credit for what so far has been a seamless experience is due entirely to the efforts of Tawana Rozier who assisted me in my introductory call to Monitech. I have an appointment with Monitech for installation and hope that further communications with your organization will go as effortless as this has been.

Of course it was super easy to get started and customer service was a breeze however once the device is installed you can Never get a hold of anyone your on hold for 30 mins to 1 hour so if they make any mistakes during your set up it's impossible to get anyone on the phone I do NOT recommend using this service
