We work around the clock in updating product features, availability, and pricing changes. We bring an intense focus to our work that comes from leaving our jobs on Wall Street! I was hesitant to make a big purchase online for our half bathroom but I am so glad I did! The vanity that we ordered looks great and was delivered in one piece, service was quick and the delivery men were nice enough to wait while I inspected the package. I would definitely recommend and shop here again!

We ordered our kids' bathroom vanity here. Very nice piece, easy to maintain. We had some work done by a contractor in the bathroom and they damaged it so that the drawers no longer slid smoothly and the soft-close feature was compromised. We ordered a new drawer and rails to repair them (contractor paid). The customer service people were super helpful in trouble shooting the problem and getting us the exact replacement parts we needed from the manufacturer. This company will stick by their sale!

I found a great deal on the vanity I wanted but struggled to find information about when it would ship, how it would ship, etc. I had to specifically reach out to customer service with this information. The item took a LONG time to even ship out - I understand when large items take a long time in transit, but the fact that it didn't even ship out for over 2 weeks after the order was placed seemed lengthy. Also, I received a call from a delivery driver when he was "15 minutes away" with my delivery. I had never been contacted initially to schedule delivery and was not even home to accept the item since I had no warning of the shipment. I asked that I be contacted for a reschedule and that has not happened yet. I still don't have my item, and am hoping that someone will reach out to find a time to deliver it when I'll actually be home!

This store is amazing. I bought 3 vanities and could not be happier. The quality and workmanship is great. The service this site provides is terrific. Monique helped me all through the selection and purchase. She could not have been more helpful. I usually feel like I am on my own when internet shopping but not with Monique at my side. She saw that I was looking and offered her service right at the beginning. And stayed with me through all my questions. And there were a few! Thanks Monique for making this purchase stress free!!!!

I did not enjoy working with Modern Bath House. There were many delays and one of the vanity tops did not match the others even remotely.

Nathan - we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. We wished to improve your opinion by sending you a personally selected replacement countertop. We are pleased to hear this replacement better matched the other details of the vanity.
