Had to send a vanity back. Then waited for new one, which also had problems. Fixed those problems myself, vice having to go through the same too long process to get a replacement vanity. Quality of merch is poor overall.

The item I ordered showed it was in stock. I ordered it and a week later they inform me that the item was discontinued by the mfr. I checked with the mfr and the item was not discontinued.

I placed an order, that unfortunately, was unable to be fulfilled...no fault of Modern Bath House. I give them 5 stars for their great customer service. Communication is key, and they have the gold key!

Was very impressed with the level of customer service. I had a question regarding delivery and received a reply straight away. They emailed to remind me to check over the product to make sure there was no damage. Would definitely use them again.

Well, it’s been almost 5 weeks and I still haven’t received either of my vanities, but I have been told that all 4 sinks are defective, which is great. So when I finally do get my vanities, they won’t have sinks. And I’ll have to wait at least another 3 weeks to get the sinks. And then I have to pay someone else to have the sinks installed since the company was unable to send a functioning product. So, no, I do not recommend this company. It’s been a pretty terrible experience so far. Maybe I will update the review once I actually receive the products I ordered. 👎🏻 *UPDATE: I have now received both my vanities. Sinks still have not arrived. Both marble countertops were bad. One was broken all the way through, the other is cracked. There are chips on both countertops, which look like they were very poorly patched, which means this is NOT a shipping issue. These countertops were not damaged in shipping (maybe the countertop that was broken in half was damaged that way), but they saw the chips through out the countertops and actually tried to patch them. I wish I could attach pictures. The patch jobs were with some ugly gray putty (on a white countertop with gray marbling). Very obvious. And, they didn't even try to make it look good. Seriously, what a joke. I have emailed Modern Bath House about the damaged products. I will update this review again once I know more.
