I worked with a very pleasant gentleman named Edward Canlase who was - nice - helpful - assuring and an all around lovely man. He listened, told me that he would take care of my issue - and he did. I've been riding Pride Mobility more than 15 years - wouldn't ride anything else to be honest. And They Stand Behind Their Product. So Appreciated. I actually have two of their scooters - the answer to confident wheels under ones challenged body.

Great scooter.. Wonderful communication and fast shipping...

Had to bend the engage lever straight. Other than That, worked perfectly and fixed a non functioning scooter.

The representative that answered my call was intelligent, knowledgeable of the product, kind and immediately said the number on that key had been changed and told me what the number of the part was. If he can do that with just a set of extra keys for my scooter he could help me with any part that i might need. Suggestion : you need to implement some way of tracking parts that have been ordered to see that they get to the customer in a timely manner. That is the only reason I gave only 4 stars. In early June I ordered the extre set of keys to take with me on a trip I was taking in about a month in case the only key I had left got lost. When I called about not receiving them they checked and the keys arrived 1 day too late. No explanation, however, having been in business for approximately 57 years on the receiving end I know hiccups can and do happen in getting items sent out. l will order from this company again if I should need anything for my scooter.

Recieved a wheel/tire assembly after a couple of weeks. It simply bolted on in place of the old one.

I stumbled upon this company by chance on YouTube. I began watching their videos and was impressed by the information they were providing on so many different mobility scooters. I really liked that they actually were using the scooters in different scenarios in real-life. I called and talked with a customer service representative to get more information. I liked everything about this company. I ordered my husband's new scooter online no problem. It was delivered maybe a week later and everything was great. We have been so happy with the golden buzz around 120. It's light for me to tilt and slide into our suv. The batteries are light easy to carry and charge. We just took it for a week to the beach and my husband was getting around easily and comfortably. I even gave the company information to a couple of elderly sisters who liked his scooter. The information that I got from Sergio on the videos was spot on. This has been a great help to me as the care giver because I am happy to get the scooter out of the car now.no more dead lifting like our old go go scooter.

I own a gogo super portable SC15 scooter. The scooter itself is reliable and efficient for its purpose but buying through Mobilty Scooters Direct was a mistake. We had a part known on this scooter known as the kickstand so the you can store your scooter upright. We had one break during travel on our first use and needed a replacement. After several phone calls that just sent me to there customer service center which was then told the the sales department would call me back to fix the problem. After 3 phone calls to the service center I never received one back to fix the problem. I then turned to there website and wasted time before I finally found the part I needed and ordered what I thought was a set only to find out that it was 1 piece. From the pictures online which show two pieces and the already high price ($25) for what I thought was set for a plastics piece that probably cost them less than $1. When product was received it was one piece. When I called they affirmed it was one piece which I probably would have known if they called back and told me what I needed in the first place. Mobilty scooters are already overpriced in the first place but charging outrageous prices for parts is even worse. Thought I was buying a product from a company that would take care of there customers but from only having the scooter for less than a month before a part broke and then the customer involvement after that is very lacking. The reason for the one star is because currently would not recommend anyone to buy from them unless they want bad customer service.

I spent weeks reading about scooters and having multiple phone calls with Mobility Scooters Direct. I watched a lot of videos as well. I found the people knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy. My choice was based on the brand's reputation and also that I can physically load it into my car. I do find that the assembly is not quite as easy as it appears in the video.
