Pride Mobility Go Go Super Portable arrived in perfect condition work as expected. The order process was seamless. Customer service very quick I appreciated having the order check and verified. Delivery was faster than expected.

i ordered a scooter for my wife who is incapacitated with a severe leg injury. I paid upfront with promise that i would hear from the shipper soon. That was a week ago and have heard nothing. Promises not kept.

Excellent customer service. Made sure I understood everything about the delivery and warranty before finalizing the order. Scooter arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I placed my order a week ago and I have not gotten any status on the delivery of the upright Walker. I called to ask and didn't get an answer so I left a message twice and I still haven't heard back. So I don't know what's going on with the order.

I had a lot of questions before I purchased. Kenneth responded quickly and answered them all. I ordered and it only took a few days to receive my wife’s scooter. It was packaged well and it was easy to assemble. I think it is a good investment and will give her more freedom to get out. I also like the 5 year warranty including the batteries. I suggest checking out Livingwell stores.

I would like to thank Kenneth Phipps at Living Well Stores for helping me get through a shipping delay and making sure I got a new battery for my Pride, Jazzy, Ultra light wheelchair. I got the new battery and it works great. Thanks Kenneth!

Right product at a reasonable price, and quick shipping.

Communication was a bummer. It's hard to talk to a specific person and although they prefer to communicate via text or email, sometimes you just want to speak with a person. It takes many attempts to call before having t he opportunity to actually talk with someone. Other than that, I still love Living Well. I have rated them before with five stars.
