Customer service is lacking
I own a gogo super portable SC15 scooter. The scooter itself is reliable and efficient for its purpose but buying through Mobilty Scooters Direct was a mistake. We had a part known on this scooter known as the kickstand so the you can store your scooter upright. We had one break during travel on our first use and needed a replacement. After several phone calls that just sent me to there customer service center which was then told the the sales department would call me back to fix the problem. After 3 phone calls to the service center I never received one back to fix the problem. I then turned to there website and wasted time before I finally found the part I needed and ordered what I thought was a set only to find out that it was 1 piece. From the pictures online which show two pieces and the already high price ($25) for what I thought was set for a plastics piece that probably cost them less than $1. When product was received it was one piece. When I called they affirmed it was one piece which I probably would have known if they called back and told me what I needed in the first place. Mobilty scooters are already overpriced in the first place but charging outrageous prices for parts is even worse. Thought I was buying a product from a company that would take care of there customers but from only having the scooter for less than a month before a part broke and then the customer involvement after that is very lacking. The reason for the one star is because currently would not recommend anyone to buy from them unless they want bad customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your first experience with your Go Go Super Portable scooter was frustrating, especially after the kickstand component was damaged during travel. We understand how disappointing it is when you're expecting a callback and don't receive one. That isn't the level of service we strive to provide, and we apologize for any communication breakdown you experienced. Regarding the replacement part, we also understand how the product listing could have been confusing if the images led you to believe both pieces were included. We appreciate that feedback and will review the listing to see if we can make it clearer for future customers. While manufacturers set the pricing for OEM replacement parts, we know that doesn't make an unexpected repair any less frustrating. We'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right. If you're willing, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and mention this Trustpilot review. We'd like to review your experience, look into the missed callbacks, and see what we can do to help. We genuinely value your business and hope we'll have the chance to restore your confidence in our team.
