Hi Stephanie, we are sorry you did not have the best experience with freight. Rest assured my team will do everything possible to make things right. We do our best to provide a seamless experience, but unfortunately shipping is out of our hands once its in the hands of the freight compy. We always make sure our customers are taken care of. We do not withold funds or products owed to customers. This situation was resolved.

Hello. We are sorry you had a bad expeirnce. Our 90 return policy allows for returns. Our restocking fee is put in to place becuase the product is no longer new. We cannot sell a medical device, that is used, at the same price. We do understand your frustrations as this is an expensive purchase. Not everyone has the same needs and comfort. The shipping costs are high to ship an electric recliner, as they are large and heavy. We provide the free shipping to you, however returns for prodcuts that are not defective must follow our return policy. Please give us a call 877-721-7748 if there is anything we can do further for you. We apologize for the bad experience, but we would like to turn a negative in to a positive.
