Bought my boyfriend the Opus Garnet Metric 2.5mm Rope Bracelet in December 2024. He’s only had it for 3 months and pretty much all of the gold vermeil plating has disappeared.

Everything was great. All of the pieces I ordered was really nice. My only issue is that they came in a dust bag and not a box

Bracelet arrived as pictured, correct length/width, and polished sterling clasp that captured securely.

The leather too fat, soft, so can't get it off the clasp hook without almost destroying it, I It won't last long, WANT REFUND, have different one with tighter wound leather and it pops off easy CAUSE LEATHER DOESN'T SQUIRM ALL OVER..... WANT REFUND

Quility of the product is great but its too difficult to put the bracelet on by yourself without someone helping you so I don't recommend.

Purchased two rings from them (one for each of us four months ago and the gold has all but rubbed off. On top of that, I contacted them about buy two rings in a diamond version but they only had my size. When I mentioned that I wanted 1 in a size 11 they said they would have it “in a few weeks” before the end of the year, so I spent $1600 while it was on sale and wait for the other…. It’s now February and that ring is half the price and still not in stock for the ring size. I would have NEVER bought this if I weren’t told that the other would be back in stock and now I feel completely ripped off bc the price is now $500.
