Don't buy their Lynx necklace. It got a kink in it days after wearing it. They replaced it for me and the same thing happened to the next and then it broke. They refused a refund and would only offer store credit. I much cheeper, higher quality neclaces on Vacier. I do really like the cactus charm I purchsed though.

Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed the fast shipping and quality—appreciate your support!
I like most of my Miansai jewelry. That being said, some pieces are better than others. Some are durable, others are not. For example, the pendants I have received from them are truly beautiful (though, smaller than they appear on the website). I have had issues with the lynx chain, which snapped off my neck in my sleep. The $95 chain is unbelievably underwhelming since it could not possibly be thinner—think the width of fishing line. No wonder it broke so easily. While I love the style of the annex Venetian chain bracket, the oxidized silver coating peeled off within 2 weeks after I received it. Very disappointing for a $150 bracelet. I think this brand would attract many more customers if they were to increase the size of their pieces. Everything they sell is small, slim, easy to lose, easy to break. It’s a risky purchase.

We’ll share your insights with our product team as we continue to refine our offerings. In the meantime, our customer service team is here to help and can assist with our one-year warranty—please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I wish I would’ve been told sooner that my item ordered was cancelled. It was disappointing to be led on like it was about to ship.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused. The item you ordered was recently discontinued, and there was a discrepancy in our inventory system. While this led to the cancellation, it should not have taken so long to notify you or process the refund—we’re actively working to improve this.
Miansai customer service is excellent. I purchased a bracelet for my son-in-law for his birthday. The bracelet broke and I reached out to the customer service department and Tere sent another one very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

We’re thrilled to hear we were able to assist you so promptly and that your experience reflects the care we aim to bring to every customer.
I ordered 2 bracelets and they were just ok, very tiny and difficult to fasten. I retured them the same day in perfect condition and perfect packaging and they charged me a fee of $8 for restocking and handling. Will not do business with them again.
