Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed the fast shipping and quality—appreciate your support!
Miansai customer service is excellent. I purchased a bracelet for my son-in-law for his birthday. The bracelet broke and I reached out to the customer service department and Tere sent another one very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

We’re thrilled to hear we were able to assist you so promptly and that your experience reflects the care we aim to bring to every customer.
Paid extra for fast shopping and it came way later. Update/response: I honestly didn’t expect my comment to be taken with seriousness. I appreciate the course of action in refunding the shipping. One things is for sure, the chain is great and my partner is happy with it. I apologize for such a low star rating, the item is what matters the most anyways.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear your order didn't arrive on time. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates, and in this case, it looks like UPS experienced a delay beyond our control. I have forwarded this to our customer service team to ensure your expedited shipping cost is refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping, box/packaging, and of course the product itself is awesome.
