MVR is better than I expected. You get what you pay for, and the customer service is spectacular. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and that can happen with MVR too, but even then, there’s a whole team willing to help you at any time. You definitely feel cared for, supported, and confident that someone has your back. It’s an experience that makes you want to come back.

We immediately felt at home in Arya building in Coconut Grove. The building is walking distance to all the shops and restaurant in the Grove, and being a waterfront property it makes it implacable. The host was very attentive to the details and very quick to respond to our requests. Highly recommend this building and the host.

My stay was amazing! The staff is welcoming and willing to help. My apartment was spotless and perfectly located in the Brickell area with a lovely great view.

Stayed here in September, booked through Airbnb and everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and the staff were really nice whenever I needed something. Location is perfect too, close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was impeccable. We visited during the World Cup, and the team made the experience extra special by welcoming us with a thoughtful welcome kit and a complimentary bottle of wine. The property was spotless, communication was excellent, and every detail was taken care of. We had an amazing time.

This is a very deceptive property. We booked an apartment at Brickell through Booking.com. Fraudulent misrepresentation by both the property owner and by Booking.com Payment was taken immediately in full. Within minutes of the booking we received an email telling us that the property was being renovated. The balcony could not be used, there would be no view, the light would be effected and there would be construction noise. Booking.com told us to contact the property owner and the property owner told us to contact Booking.com. We still do not have out cancellation confirmed and Booking.com still has our money. They were both as bad as each other. I have been using Booking.com almost since they started and have booked hundreds of thousands of $$$$$ of hotels through them. Deeply disappointing. As I said, it is fraudulent misrepresentation verging on theft.
