Justine at MiaDonna was extremely patient and helpful in helping me decide my purchase. I would recommend others in a heartbeat.

Thanks so much Tommy for the great review. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you and helping you get a gorgeous wedding set. I hope your proposal went well!
Love the opportunity to try on rings. Unfortunately, none of them were what I wanted.

Hello AJ, thank you for letting us know that you enjoyed our Home Try On program. I am sorry to hear there was nothing that worked for you but we add to our collection so keep checking in and hopefully you will find something that will work. We also custom make any ring you wish so that may be a great option for you to think about.
When I decided I wanted an engagement ring, I knew that I had to get something that aligned with my values of sustainability and ethics. I looked at every eco-friendly and ethical jewelry company I could find, but I kept coming back to MiaDonna because the jewelry is gorgeous and the lab-grown gems and recycled precious metals aligned with my beliefs. Better yet, getting a ring I felt good about was so much cheaper than a comparable "traditional" ring! Ordering my ring set (engagement and wedding band) was so easy, and I loved the ability to customize. The rings came in about 10 days, and they are beautiful and well-made. The engagement ring was a little looser-fitting than expected (I always wear a size 4, and so is what I ordered), but not enough to get it resized. A simple adjuster does the job, and when I can wear the matching wedding band, that should help to hold it in place. Overall, I'm so happy with my experience, and I have been recommending MiaDonna to everyone when they tell me how pretty and unique my ring is!

Hello Alexis and thank you for taking the time to write a review for MiaDonna. We really appreciate it and it is always great to hear from customers who love our ethical jewelry. We are delighted that you are happy with your purchase and are getting wonderful compliments on your ring.
Ordered a ring to propose and it ended up being a quarter size too small, but the return process to have it resized was fairly simple. I only had to pay for the return shipping. I really like the ring I got and love that it is recycled gold.

Absolutely beautiful rings. I also loved the packaging and that I was able to try them on at home.

I bought 3 stackable rings for myself and couldn't be more pleased with them - or the friendly service I received from Justine Elliot.

Sales people were really helpful and they were able to customize the ring I wanted without much of an issue. Would have given 5 starts except for they were a little slow at responding to me.
