Great communication and service! I sent my ring in for cleaning and it was returned quickly and looking as beautiful and sparkling as the day it was given to me.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted you were satisfied with the service you received.
We could not be happier with MiaDonna. He bought my engagement ring from them which was perfect so we decided to get our bands from them as well. Plus with the engagement ring it came with a cleaning solution so I can make sure it shines on our special day! My only caveat is it would have been nice to get a discount on the bands since we bought from them again.

I had the chance to interact with Justine Elliot, director of sales. She was able to resolve a potential issue with prompt attention and an agreeable resolution. I appreciate the fact she took great care of me as a long time customer and I intend to remain supportive of MiaDonna’s foundation and it’s commitment to conflict free gems.

I tried the “Home Try-On Program” and it was really neat. The rings came on time and I got my deposit back quicker than I thought I would. It’s so nice to be able to see the rings in person and in the comfort of your own home.

My ring needed to be repaired and the process was so easy and quick! I returned it and there was about a week or so turnaround time. Got my ring back and it looks good as new.
