The website is easy to access, making it easy to navigate through. The customer service responded quickly when I needed to resize the ring I had purchased. Great place!

The box arrived quickly and it was very neat to look at the rings and see what one would look like in person. However, the rings were very different sizes and i was able to even try on half of them because they were so small. I would have gladly waited longer for a box with all rings in my size.

Hello Sara, we are sorry to hear that you were not totally satisfied with the Home Try-On Program. The program is designed to give people an idea of the style of the rings but unfortunately we are unable to stock all of these rings in every finger size due to the vast number of ring styles we offer. Most of our rings are made in ring sizes 6 - 7.5. We are sorry the sizing did not work for you but hopefully you were able to get an idea of which style you liked.
Very positive experience with Miadonna. I made a mistake ordering and had to return it to be corrected, but they made it easy and stayed in constant communication with updates and everything was perfect in the end. A little advice to anyone that may be a tad nervous completing their purchase...make sure you chose all the options you meant to choose! And there's no need to be nervous about Miadonna or the product....you'll be happy with it!

Absolutely gorgeous rings and really excellent selection. So, so easy to choose rings to try on at home, and just seal up included return package when done and drop off with post office. Shelby was great to work with. Answered questions via email quickly and courteously. All together, a very pleasant experience.

I love the product and the ease of ordering. But I had to ask about the status of my order for the team to tell me that they had made the setting incorrectly and had to make it again. I wish I had been told me as soon as they found out, then I would trust this branding more. That was a missed opportunity. It's hard for me to recommend businesses that try to avoid making themselves look bad when they make a mistake. Now I don't know if I will be told if any other mistakes are made unless I ask and I really don't want to be annoying. I genuinely give this feedback to help you guys because l love your products and my future fiance does too :)

Hello Joshua, We completely understand your frustration. When you initially emailed on Friday asking about your ring, we contacted the jeweler immediately to get an eta. He unfortunately did not get back to us until Monday when we actually received the incorrect setting. I believe one of our sales associates reached straight out to you at this time. The jeweler very often closes early on a Friday and does not work over the weekend which was the reason for the delay. We are getting the issue rectified as quickly as possible for you and we do apologize for this error with the casting house. We were certainly not trying to avoid the error, we were just waiting for some information from the jeweler. I am sorry if it did not come across well. We are certainly making you a priority. We appreciate your feedback.
