Initially my experience was on par with other providers. My doctor asked that I should wait two days before writing me a script for antibiotic, then if I still wasn't better, I could call back into MeMD and he would have notated my account for the script to be written. I followed instructions, and when I was still not better, I called back into MeMD. The rep I spoke with said I would have to pay AGAIN for a second conversation. When I told him that wasn't the agreement, he said he would call the doctor that met with me and then call me back. I never heard back from him. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Great sevice. System is easy to navigate. Received quick response and had what i needed within an hour.

Would of given a 5 star but one as told we would only be charge 25 buck amd it was over 50 and when we call about it we get the run around
