Such a quick and easy process- Was even able to call back and request a different prescription when the first wasn't working. The customer care rep was extremely efficient and helpful!

Not very happy. Sign up was not explained well. I enrolled my wife as a member of my family. However, each family member has to have own account. Finally got that straightened out. Doctor was supposed to call back...waited for over 2 hours. Never did. I am requesting refund.

The night after a freeze and snow storm, I was feeling awful, couldn’t get a dr that would see me on a Saturday. Make matters worse I had to go out of town, I was helped and got the medicine I needed to feel better, they were polite and prompt! Beats waiting 2 hours in a waiting room to get seen !

When I had my first consult, I was very pleased with the care and treatment. I did have some further issues, but they were quickly resolved with no further consultations or expenses.
